The Randy Weseman and Emprise Bank Leadership Scholarship established in honor of former superintendent of schools Randy Weseman by Emprise Bank in Lawrence for students involved in school and community activities. Two $1,000 scholarships will be available, with one to a Free State High School student and one to a Lawrence High School student. A written essay is required.
